Our Roots Run Deep
Our story begins with George L. Carson—Bridget’s father and Donna’s uncle—a man whose quiet strength, deep integrity, and unwavering resolve shaped our foundation. In 1983, after 17 years in the banking industry, George took a courageous leap of faith, choosing to start anew in the world of financial planning. From those uncertain beginnings, he built a firm grounded in compassion, honesty, and perseverance.
Bridget and Donna grew up witnessing George pour his heart into his work. They saw the long hours, the thoughtful attention he gave to each client, and the deep pride he took in helping others succeed. He believed in lifting people up—especially women—and created a workplace where half the team were women long before it was common. His belief in treating people with dignity and nurturing real relationships became the soul of the company.
More than 25 years ago, Donna and Bridget joined George on this journey. Today, they honor his legacy by upholding the same values he instilled: caring deeply for every client, regardless of portfolio size, and leading with empathy, integrity, and excellence.
