I began my career in the financial industry in 1997, working alongside my uncle, George Carson. More than a mentor, he was an incredible influence—always encouraging me and championing the need for more women in finance. Under his guidance, I came to understand that this work is about more than numbers. It's built on three core principles: integrity, relationships, and trust.
Clients trust us because we take the time to truly listen, lead with integrity, and prioritize their unique needs. Our goal is always to provide clarity, confidence, and peace of mind—so they can focus on what matters most.
Why Financial Planning Matters to Me
When my husband and I were newly married, my uncle helped us open our first brokerage account and secure life and disability insurance. That simple but thoughtful gesture had a lasting impact on me.
Both of my parents passed away at a young age without life insurance, and I witnessed firsthand the emotional and financial burden that can follow. Thanks to my uncle’s guidance, my family got started on the right financial path early—and that experience continues to inspire the work I do every day. Helping young families create the same kind of stability and peace of mind is one of the most rewarding aspects of my career.
Outside the Office
My husband, Steven, and I live in Rockaway, NY. Our daughter Bridget and her husband, Marc, live nearby—which means I get to enjoy lots of time with them and my grand-dog, Ruby. Our son Chase is currently studying at the University of Richmond in Virginia.
Outside of work, I enjoy music, reading, personal growth, and lifelong learning. I especially love to travel—whether it’s a weekend getaway or an overseas adventure. Exploring new places and experiences continues to energize and inspire me.
